REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Registration will be available starting in December 2009.
OFF-LINE
Registration can be submitted by regular mail or by fax +39 02 6686699 using the registration form.
A copy of the transfer receipt must be included with the registration form

REMITTANCE
Registration fees shall be paid by:
- Bank tranfser to MZ Congressi S.r.l.

If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be included with the registration form.
Registrations without proof of payment cannot be accepted.
On site registrations must be paid by cash only.
Only delegates registered for the congress will be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Organising Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received before March, 10 2010. After March, 10 2010 no refunds will be issued.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate of attendance will be issued to those who are properly registered.
The certificate of attendance will be available at the registration desk and must be picked up just before departure.
